Great Radio June 30, 2010 joshchrome 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Nothing extremely special about this radio. Very good price, and does just what it needs to do. Just the right amount of options on radio, not too much not too few. Very happy so far.
DEAR SONY:
My buddy bought the same product and his failed, he is having a lot of trouble getting his refund/new product. Sony is screwing around trying to get him to give up by asking for repeats on paperwork and a lot of BS that is making it hard for him. SONY not AMAZON!
Great June 9, 2010 John Judkins The unit has been in my Jeep Liberty for more than 2000 miles and it is does everything it is supposed to do flawlessly. The installation was fairly easy although I had to bend the antenna connector to get the radio all the way in. I did have a little trouble getting the black face surround to click into place. The seek time for a data disk is very fast and works well even well with cheap CD-R disks. The AM is very sensitive and the FM has the nice "data service" feature that many stations use to identify themselves and the songs. I highly recommend that you use Jeep Liberty specific connections and adapters, and not the "generic" type that Walmart and other retailers sell. There isn't enough room for the "extra" connectors the generic adapters have. I ended up cutting off the extra connectors so I could get the radio all the way in.
nice radio June 7, 2010 H. Boelsma (Iowa) This is a nice radio and is easy to install and use. It was shipped on time and packed well! No complaints.
Great quality for a low price May 26, 2010 Nirit Ben Natan (USA) This is a great little stereo for less than a $100. The installation was a bit pricey for my car, which came with a double-size stereo, and for some reason the remote does not control the volume (?). But overall the sound quality is a major upgrade from my stock-stereo which came with the car and it's very easy to use. Another Sony success!
