Its ok......I prefer the old SHARP i had that went bad.....Butfor the littel bit I paid for it, I guess i cant complain. If i could start over, I might pay more for the Sharp.

I bought this item hoping it would be just as good or better than my old Sharp product. I was kinda disappointed. The product does have some good points but overall not as good as my old Sharp...

I wanted an electronic address book. Though technically this holds addresses and phone numbers, I returned it. Too hard to read the smaller lines, and no indication of whether it is home, cell, or work phone.

I have already had to buy new batteries less than a week after buying it and that is with limited use. The buttons are small,so I use my thumbs when keying information. Also it was a little hard to figure out how to use. But as an organizer, it serves its purpose.

I had a similar product with Sharp which had more features. Royal does not give me the option of changing the capital letters to lowercase letters. Entering special symbols and turning off the noise feature. I'll just give this one away since it does not have all the features I'm looking for so far.
