I like how you can store the USB plugin next to the battery. I like how small the device is. It works like a charm with both Prezi and PowerPoint. It sets up in seconds. I highly recommend it.

I have used it a couple of times now and it seems to work just fine.
I can't compare it to anything else since this in my first and hopefully,only remote I will own for power point presentations.
I have talked to other people that own Targus products and that all seem happy with them!!!!

I bought this item to help me use PowerPoint more smoothly in the various presentations I do on a regular basis. When giving a presentation, I like to move around and interact with the audience instead of remaining immobilized behind a podium. Mobility and ease of use are important to me. I present to a wide variety of audiences, including corporate, nonprofit, conferences, citizens' groups, etc., and needed something that was easy to use, reliable, and highly functional. The Targus presentation remote does all that very well. Overall, it's an excellent value, especially when considering the low cost.
The only complaint I have, and it's a very small one, is that the device's laser pointer is essentially useless. It's too small, too faint, and simply not up to the job. Therefore, I don't use it. Fortunately, I've found that I don't really need a laser pointer anyway, so it's no big deal to me. (If you REALLY need a laser pointer, then buy something else. However, if a laser pointer isn't important to you, this device does an excellent job in all other areas.)
The presentation remote performs very, very well. I've used it with four different presentations so far, all to very different audiences in different cities, and it's worked like a charm every time. The remote can take PowerPoint slides forward or backward; it can also can darken the screen, then bring you back to the PowerPoint when you're ready. I use that last option quite a bit, and it works nicely.
For the price, I don't see how you could find a better piece of equipment. I highly recommend it.

A presenter is very important for today's "power point dependent" generation.
The product is small, smooth and looks good.
I have used it for 7 months now and the battery is still good. Though the laser is a little weak now but the presenter works.
The driver setup is quick which is great.
The receiver is tiny and fits into the presenter which is great as well.
Its works great, though I believe purchasing a powerful laser pointer is more helpful in case you need to point to a lot of data since the one on this is not so bright and strong(even with a new battery).
Rate it 5/5 on ease of use, product overall.
But 3.4/5 on the laser.
